School is closed until September 5th. We wish everyone a great summer break and good luck to our Year 6 children who move on to Secondary School.

Year 3

Welcome to Year 3!

We hope that you are ready for the final half term. We have only a matter of weeks before we break up!

Our theme until the end of the school year will be 'We have the Major Oak-What do other countries have?'

We went on a trip to a local farm on 7th June. It was truly wonderful. Check out the pictures below!

As part of music we will be participating in the 'Now hear this' concert at Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall on 28th June.

PE days are Thursday with Mr Dennis and extra on any other day possible if the timetable allows-we need to be ready for sports day (Monday 19th June weather permitting!)

Along with Mrs Hancock in class 3, support is provided by Mrs Haywood and Miss Kerslake. Any issues please feel free to speak to any one of us.

This week 22/31 (4 children were absent) read the required minimum 3 times a week at home.

25 children also handed some homework in, with 22 handing it all in on Friday 09/06/2017.

Shout out to Jacob Pearson who handed all his homework in on Tuesday before he went on holiday Thank you Jacob.

Just a reminder that homework needs to be in the blue tray by Friday morning , thank you.
