Year 4/5K

Welcome to Class 4/5K

Mrs Kahler is our class teacher.

Mr Carter teaches us 1 day a week and Miss Crofts 2 afternoons a week.

For some lessons we also work with Mr Durkin and Miss Bennett.

Mr Thornton teaches us music on a Wednesday morning.

Mrs Kay works with us each morning.

Mrs Hinchcliffe is helping in our class and Mrs Robinson will be here on Wednesdays.

This is the place to find out all about what is happening with our learning so please check back often to stay up to date

PE will be on Tuesdays but this does sometimes change so please ensure PE kit is in school everyday.

Homework will be sent home every Friday without fail! Please support your child with this. It needs to be returned by the following Friday to gain stamps on our homework grid.

Reading diaries will be checked every Friday too. Please sign in the spaces for each day that your child reads at home.

Friday 3rd November 2017

It has been great to meet with you all this week!

Mr Carter will be giving out the new Homework Challenge today - I know lots of you are looking forward to seeing what is on it! I will post a copy on the school website class page too.

Spelling booklets - 1 page each week - maybe 2 but I will let you know! Please make sure they are in school EVERY DAY with your child's reading diary :-)

Big Maths Beat That challenge should not be done in the time itsays - I want the children to get confidence that they do know the answers before we do it on a Friday in class in the time it says!

I am looking forward to reading your firework poetry and seeing your Firework multiplication challenges completed.

Must be back by Friday 10th November to get a stamp!
I know you can do this as you have been brilliant at completing the homework!

Have a great weekend :-)
